Leatherface Sour IPA is a physical and emotionally challenged fusion of Sour ale and Hazy style IPA.
On a medium bodied, pale coloured and acidic chainsaw edged base we slashed open bags of Mosaic, Sabro Cryo and Motueka hops to begin the long oxygen free torture of dry hopping this psychotic and cannibalistic villian.
As the thick hop aroma sets the tone on your palate, there is an initial shock of acidity which is then quickly morphed into intense flavours of orange citrus, pineapple, lemon lime and undertones of sour diesel.
